Joe Deaner showed us at least 15-20 homes in our search. Joe was very patient with us and very responsive to our needs. When needed he was brutally honest which we appreciated. Due to that info Joe helped us to make some decisions that led us to getting the house we loved after we had been outbid on two others. Joe knew the area well and could tell us a lot about each community when showed us a property there. Joe protected us with a property inspection that identified two major concerns that would have been a $4-5K repair for us down the road. Joe had a knowledgeable inspector and really went to bat for us to get the sellers of the property to correct the deficiencies for us. Joe has even followed up beyond the sale to make sure we're receiving the correct paperwork and has reminded us to follow-up on the Florida Homeowners Homestead Tax reduction credit. I would highly recommend Joe to family and friends. In particular if someone was from out of the area Joe can provide info about the highs and lows of each community in the Tampa Bay area.
